
KSquare Condos is a new mixed-use development by Kingdom Property Investment Ltd now in pre-construction at 2035 Kennedy Road, Scarborough in Toronto. About K square Condos Project
The development is proposed to feature an L-shaped lobby about 7,000 sq. ft. that will be adjacent to the two towers and which will feature a waiting zone, coffee tables, chairs, sofas, a concierge desk. All of these will be connected by an electric fireplace with the ability to cycle through an array of colours. The Kennedy’s lobby is planned to provide amenity spaces such as a 3,500 sq. ft. fireside lounge as well as a waterside lounge of similar size, with the two lobbies serving as a general gathering meeting place.
