KSquare Condos is a new mixed-use development by Kingdom Property Investment Ltd now in pre-construction at 2035 Kennedy Road, Scarborough in Toronto. KSquare Condos will be a 35-storey tower housing a total of 644 units. This is the first of the three-phase complex. The project will feature residential units, retail space and amenity spaces. Phase Two will comprise a new 45-storey residential tower which will be located to the east of Phase One. Phase Three is proposed to be an 8-storey office building that will stand at the northeast corner of the development site. This building is expected to add more than 10,000 sq. metres of brand new office space to the budding neighbourhood

About K square Condos Project

The development is proposed to feature an L-shaped lobby about 7,000 sq. ft. that will be adjacent to the two towers and which will feature a waiting zone, coffee tables, chairs, sofas, a concierge desk. All of these will be connected by an electric fireplace with the ability to cycle through an array of colours. The Kennedy’s lobby is planned to provide amenity spaces such as a 3,500 sq. ft. fireside lounge as well as a waterside lounge of similar size, with the two lobbies serving as a general gathering meeting place. In addition to being an entry lobby, it will also act as a seating and working area. It is much like a hotel; it will not only support a Wi-Fi lounge, but also be vibrant and community-friendly.
